  I don't normally write a review of any description but was compelled to in this particular case.
  
  I generally felt it warranted some recognition of some sort.
  
  I went into the Petersfield office and was greeted by a young lady called Katie who I must say was exceptional.
  
  I was having problems with my existing estate agents for a various amount of reasons. Katie basically talked to me like she was a friend she had known for a long time. She put me at ease and talked me through all my options.
  
  I did not have any pressures from her to "sign up immediately" and she really listened to what I wanted.
  
  I have told her if I do not sell my house within the few weeks I have left on my contract, I will not hesitate to be using Haart estate agency.
  
  A breath of fresh air and an asset to the company. Thank you Katie.
